i'm not left in a heap after a workout
A few weeks into taking this and my energy is a lot better. Feeling more alert during the day and less wiped out after workouts. Capsules are a bit big to swallow though.
Soreness the next day isnt as brutal for weeks now

As this is a supplement product, I can base my recommendation on using this item for several days. I was very impressed with the quality of the product, the packaging, the product being sealed and unopened, and compared to other similar supplement products I have used this item performed equal or better.
A friend told me years ago that amino acids were helpful with depression, but for years I could never find any, even at GNC! When I saw these I had to give them a try. You take 3 a day, on an empty stomach. I haven't been taking them long, so not much to report, but they don't have any smell or taste, are average capsule size and color (off white), and haven't upset my stomach. I will report back later!

The capsules of the Amino Acid Complex are big, but they are easy to swallow, it's too early to tell the effectiveness after one week taken, but also obvious side effects as well. Hopefully, it'll work well for me..
Overall recommend my soreness clears up overnight now. No regrets.
My soreness isn't as brutal
Once I gave it some time, my recovery comes a lot quicker these days
I've used these for over a month now and I do believe it works. The recovery time is very good after exercise. I don't seem to have as much soreness or achiness as I did before. I also seem to have maintained my weight and then some, which means I am gaining muscle mass. So far I get muscle growth and recovery .... as advertised.
This one sat in my cabinet for a while before I opened it, but stairs don't get the best of me after a hard lift now.
After taking these for two months, my fingernails are stronger, my cuticles are healthier, my hair has stopped falling out...and my brain is much healthier. My thoughts are clearer and I just feel all over better. Thank you for this product, I feel like it has literally saved my life.
My recovery is faster lately.
These are histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine. Although your body can make nonessential amino acids, it cannot make essential amino acids, so you have to get them from your diet.

3 a day is a lot to take but it gets me all the amino acids I was looking for and more. And for the price it lasts a good 4 months making it very cheap. Easy enough to swallow and just a bit of a bitter taste that goes away quickly enough.
