my digestion's been calmer lately, this one's a keeper
I have been using the Apple Cider Vinegar gummies for about 2 weeks now, along with a change in my diet and exercise. I've been taking two gummies every morning about 20-30 minutes before a meal and I can honestly say that I am already seeing a huge difference in my digestion. The apple flavor makes them easy to stick with too.
